Effective September 1, 2025, Texas House Bill 4224 added Section 181.105 to the Texas Health & Safety Code. Under this law, PCIT Experts (as a covered entity) is required to provide clear information to consumers about how to:

  1. Request access to health care records;

  2. Contact the licensing or disciplinary authority that oversees our services;

  3. File a consumer complaint.

Requesting Your Health Care Records

You have the right to request access to your health care records maintained by PCIT Experts.

To request your records:

  • Email: info@pcitexperts.com

  • Please include: Your full name, date of birth, best contact email/phone, and the specific records you are requesting.

We will respond to your request in accordance with applicable Texas law and federal HIPAA regulations.
